Allow your self to slip into sleep mode in a warm, soothingly scented bath filled with relaxing herbs. Epsom salt relaxes muscles and the soothing scents of Chamomile, Lavender and Lemon Balm soothe the spirit. The perfect addition to your bedtime routine, or as a sleep aid to help babies and children prepare for sleep (for ages 6 months and up).
Directions: An hour before bedtime, add 3 tablespoons to a warm bath and soak for up to 30 minutes to enjoy the therapeutic benefit. Can also be used as a foot soak. Add salts directly to bath or in a cloth bag to infuse.
