NDIS payments

Kidsnest is proudly a registered NDIS Provider.

Please make sure you put the NDIS participant's details in the Notes section fields on the Cart Page. Please include: 

  • NDIS Participants Name
  • NDIS Participants Number the notes section.

** ALL NDIS PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITH-IN 2 WEEKS OR THEY WILL BE CANCELLED. **  

If you are Self-Managed:

There are TWO OPTIONS

A.   You can order from the website as normal & pay upfront using our payment options. 

You submit your invoice /receipt to NDIA yourself.  As we receive payment upfront, we send the items out immediately.  

OR 

B.   As a Pay LATER option 

  • Add items to cart & proceed to checkout. 
  • Enter customer details (inc NDIS number) & shipping details.
  • Proceed to payment methods - it is here you can select the NDIS self-managed payment method at checkout.  This is a PAY LATER option, to allow you to draw down first.
  • Include participant name and NDIS number in comments section.
  • You will be emailed a PDF link to invoice which includes payment details FOR YOU to upload to the portal to draw funds down first. If not received directly to your inbox, try checking all mail or spam folder. 
  • Once you receive the funds you pay us directly. Our invoice includes payment details for you. We would love you to send us an email advising payment has been made including your order number & or name on invoice. 
  • As soon as payment is received, we post the item to your preferred address & send you the tracking number.  

 

If you are Plan-Managed: 

In this case, the Plan Manager or Third-Party Agency pays us directly for resources.

  • Add items to cart & proceed to checkout. 
  • Enter NDIS Participants Name and NDIS Participants Number in the notes on the cart page and include their shipping details.
  • Proceed to payment methods - it is here you can select the alternate payment method "NDIS Plan Managed" - this will allow you to 'checkout' without payment.   
  • Please ensure that you put your PLAN MANAGERS EMAIL IN this will prevent any delays in payment and shipment of your goods. 
  • As soon as payment is received, we post the item to your preferred address & send you the tracking number.  

If you are Ndia-Managed:

In this case, your invoices are processed by us ** Kidsnest ** through the NDIS portal.

 

1. Add the items that you are wanting to purchase to your cart 

2. Complete all required information

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Please select Agency managed as your payment method

4. Please click on following link Copy of Copy of Contact Information - Google Forms

5: Once you have completed the form, please select the copy link at the bottom of the page and email to info@kidsneststore.com.au 

This must be completed to lodge with your order

6. We will lodge your order through the NDIA portal.

7. Once the payment has been approved, we will ship your order 

 

Please note: The NDIA is responsible for assessing whether the items are reasonable and appropriate for each unique NDIS plan. 

Please note: That higher risk assistive products may require written recommendation support letter by a registered OT.
